クロームのアドレスバーに
「chrome://flags/#site-isolation-trial-opt-out」
と入力
　
Site isolation trial opt-outの項目の選択を
　
[Disabled] 　→　[Out-put(not recommended)]
　
に変更してRefresh nowを押せばクロームが再起動してから日本語入力が可能になる。
